Jack L. Brandenburg II has been in the building business for more than 20 years. He has a wide array of building experience: custom residential building, commercial building, and residential and commercial development. His vast experience includes 7 years with HUD, where his responsibilities included overseeing a 1600 unit facility, 5 high rise buildings, and the completion of 50 new houses built each year during his term. He has built 3 very successful companies and partnered in other successful enterprises.

Brandenburg Custom Homes is a preferred builder in some of the most prestigious communities in Greater Cincinnati. Jack has also worked with homeowners on selecting unique home sites and building custom homes outside of established communities.

Brandenburg Development has established itself
as a superior commercial and residential developer with projects like the Fairways at River’s Bend, Goddard Schools in South Lebanon (Vista Pointe
at River’s Bend) and in Loveland, along with a new commercial/retail site at River’s Bend.

Brandenburg Construction has built the well-known Barleycorn’s Restaurant in Cold Spring, Kentucky, both Goddard Schools also developed by Brandenburg, and several Ryan’s All Glass to name just a few of the company’s projects.
